At Haven4U, we aim to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Before your arrival, we’ll coordinate with you to arrange the check-in process, ensuring everything is ready for a hassle-free start. During your stay, we provide a 24-hour emergency contact number, so assistance is always accessible when you need it.
All of our properties are self-catering but come equipped with essentials such as basic cleaning supplies, hand wash, and initial toilet rolls for each bathroom. To make you feel even more at home, we also include coffee/ tea bar, snuck bar and bathroom welcome pack.
For stays longer than a week, complimentary weekly cleaning is included in your booking to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment. If you’re traveling with young children, we can provide travel cots and high chairs at a small rental fee of £15/£40 per item, ensuring comfort for your little ones.
Booking Terms & Conditions
General (Leisure Guests Only)
Bookings commence on the agreed check-in date and conclude on the designated check-out date. For stays exceeding two week, please contact us directly to explore our exclusive offers and best rates.
Reservations can be made conveniently online or via email. Payments are accepted exclusively through credit or debit cards.
Full payment for booking is required at the time of booking to secure your stay . Cleared funds must be received the up to 3 days after reservation date in full for bookings witch check in date is more than 30 days . All prices advised to you are inclusive of booking fees and charges except if it is stated otherwise. If payment not reach us within the required time we reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and any deposit paid will be forfeit.
All bookings will be confirmed via email upon successful payment.
If you are unable to make the final payment by the due date, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation. Failure to settle the balance within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations
We recommend securing cancellation insurance for added protection. Cancellations made over 30 days before the start date will result in the loss of 50% booking reservation fee while those within less then 30 days are fully non-refundable. By booking, you accept these terms.
Check In / Out
Check-in is available from 3:00/4 PM (depends from property) on the day of arrival, and all properties must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. For any requests to extend check-in or check-out times, please contact Haven4U directly at least 3 days before.
Property Use
All properties are for short-term lets only ( 90 days maximum) and must not exceed the occupancy specified in the listing. Parties or gatherings are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in refused admittance and the cancellation of your booking without a deposit refund.
Data Protection
Haven4U is the data controller for all personal information provided by clients. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 to ensure your data is securely managed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in all properties.
Complaints
If you have any concerns before, during, or after your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Breakages and Damage
Report any damage immediately. Malicious damage will be charged. Guests are responsible for securing the property and reporting losses, which may incur charges if unreported. Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will cost £150 each set.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. Some of the properyties has got design smoking area.
Legal
Haven4U acts solely as a property management and holiday letting agent. We accept no responsibility for any injury, death, or distress caused by the properties.
